Congratulations to Brother Keison Arnold, winner of the Spirit of Sodexo Award.
The Spirit of Sodexo Award is a company-wide awards program created to recognize and reward employees who embrace the company’s mission and values and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Spirit of Sodexo Award is the company’s highest honor. The Spirit of Sodexo award program was established to recognize individuals within Sodexo who exemplify corporate values of Service Spirit, Team Spirit, and Spirit of Progress.
In March 2022, Keison returned to Sodexo as a Regional Manager and immediately built creditability with the team. He was able to lead and transform the north central New Jersey business through retention and growth exceeding $20 million. Keison’s additional duties include serving as the Regional Safety Coordinator, leading improvement of safety performance of Sodexo Schools Mid-Atlantic Region.
Keison also serves as a leader in the African American Leadership Forum (AALF) and drives the relaunch of AALF’s mentoring initiative. Keison is a member of the Sigma Sigma Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated. He is married to Soror Rashauna and they have a son, Keison Arnold, II. Congratulations, Brother Keison Arnold on this achievement!
