From Aspiring Chef to Culinary Triumph: Congratulations Daniel, Our Sigma Beta!

Our Sigma Beta, Daniel, aspires to become a chef. He is entering his senior year of school and has been actively seeking opportunities to learn the craft of his choosing. During COVID-19, Daniel ran a virtual Sigma Beta Club session where he taught his fellow Betas and advisors how to make breakfast. The session went well. On Sunday, July 30, 2023, Daniel accepted an invitation to work with a professional chef at a Sunday Brunch. He was the chef’s apprentice for the event. The lead chef advised Daniel and tasked him to cook some of the food on site. Daniel did not disappoint! He prepared the Brioche French Toast. He received many compliments, a vote of thanks and support from the chef and many guests. Congratulations Daniel!
