WASHINGTON, DC (December 26, 2023) DMV Chapters: DC Sigmas, Prince George County Sigmas and Montgomery County Sigmas announce its Founders’ Day Event with live streaming and watch party of the Fraternity’s Global Founders’ Day Celebration. The event will take place Tuesday January 9, 2024, with LIVE streamed simultaneously to the Phi Beta Sigma Official Website, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter platforms.
About The Party of the 9th
The Party on the 9th is presented by Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and hosted by the DMV Alumni Chapters. This Founders’ Day Celebration is being held at the Gathering Spot DC- an exceedingly gorgeous luxury black owned private membership club rooted in community & culture located in the heart of Washington, DC. This January 9th Party with Navy Blue & Black is planned to be a chic’ brilliant event where Brothers of Sigma and guest get the opportunity to celebrate the Fraternity’s impact and successes at the beginning of a new year.
Targeted Audience: Our targeted audience for the Party of the 9th is over 200 Sigmas and guests with each host chapter promoting and selling over 50 tickets each. Special invitations are being extended to the members of Devine 9, city officials, regional and national officers, and our sisters of Zeta Phi Beta. Also, Collegiate Chapter members where DMV Chapters provide advisement and sponsorship.
