Brother Marquis Miles
Brother Marquis Miles is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and Purdue University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. He has extensive experience in program development, implementation, project management, process improvement and system modernization. Over the past nine years, Brother Miles succeeded as DC DMV’s Driver Services Management Analyst where he developed programs, provided analytical and technical program support, and conducted surveys, feasibility studies and technical solution assessments. Prior to joining DC DMV, he served the residents of the District of Columbia as a Manager and Program Analyst with the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services, where he developed and implemented the agency’s first Employee Engagement Initiative, as well as led the development and implementation of applications that streamlined agency budget and HR processes. While at DC Public Schools, Mr. Miles worked as a Human Resources Manager, where he developed communication strategies and ensured compliance with local licensure requirements and federal program regulations.
